Service

API Exam Prep provides practice tests and study tools for API certification exams. The free practice test on the home page is provided as-is with no guarantee of exam outcomes. Paid products, when launched, are governed by their specific access terms below.

Access terms (paid product)

Individual certification access: 8 months from purchase. Designed to cover one full API exam cycle including a retake window.

Lifetime bundle access: Access for as long as API Exam Prep operates as a service. If the service is discontinued, you will receive at least 90 days written notice and the ability to export your account data. Lifetime access is non-transferable and tied to your account.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 10% of the question bank. Refund requests after that window are handled case by case; if you sat for the exam and did not pass, email support and we will work with you.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute question content, scrape the site, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limiting, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Disclaimers

Practice questions are written to current code editions to the best of our ability. Inspector certification outcomes depend on many factors including your study time, prior experience, and the specific exam form. We do not guarantee a passing score.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions are waived to the extent allowed by law.
